Whitney watched the H man tonight so I could escape for some mommy time out for my friend's 40th! She reported the following: "He chattered delightfully throughout dinner, and in fact the whole evening. The only occasion during which he was silent was when he watched me separate 8 eggs for our chocolate mousse. He was positively mesmerized! This leads me to wonder if you have another Jacques Pepin in your midst... Naturally I taught him that the best part of cooking is when we get to lick the bowl. (Curious George did the same, and ended up so covered in chocolate that he decided to take a bath and shampoo his head with Harvey). Merci Whitney!!
