g diapers

I wish I had discovered these diapers about 100 landfills ago. Harvey is nearing the end of his diaper career (sigh) thanks to his new favorite video Once Upon A Potty (click here to see it on you tube). Anyway, I stumbled upon these flushable, biodegradable diapers at Whole Foods yesterday and I am so very excited. The cost is very reasonable too. You have to buy the little "g pants" to get started $16.99 and then the refills are just a little more than regular diapers and without the guilt. I hope everyone jumps on this bandwagon and soon! Right now there are 50 million diapers going into the garbage daily not to mention the trailer trucks that could cart off the wipes.... Check out the cloth diaper blog which gives ideas on alternatives to using the disposable wipe (like using old flannel shirts). Harvey looks so cute in his little orange g diaper and the velcro stays on better so it might actually help resolve the taking-the-diaper-off-in-the-crib-and-going-pee-pee-in-the-crib problem we've been dealing with lately. I am so excited about these new diapers! I hope I can share this information with many more moms who want a guilt-free diaper journey. These diapers are available online too click here for gdiapers. (by the way, I am not getting paid for this advertising:)
